Cambridge, MA – One Broadway

Printing@CIC Cambridge – Powered by PaperCut

Print from any printer in CIC Cambridge (One Broadway or 245 Main street) by following these steps! No need to set up individual printers or install drivers.

First, check your email inbox for an email from printing@cic.com, sent to members with offices in our One Broadway and 245 Main street buildings. It will include a username and password you’ll need to complete the installation process. Can’t find the email, or don’t have an office at One Broadway or 245 Main street? No problem! Reach out to the local Community Support team and they would be happy to help.

Next, based on your operating system, download the PaperCut Print Deploy software (be sure you are connected to a CIC network and that you are not using a VPN):

Once the Print Deploy software is installed, open it up and, when asked for a username and password, enter the info you found in the printing@cic.com email (do not enter your CIC Portal username and password, this is a separate system!).

Now the setup should be all done! The next time you go to print you should see a printer in your list of available printers called “Printing Cambridge.” Send you jobs there, then head to any printer in either our One Broadway of 245 Main street buildings.

Finally, just tap your CIC access card on the printer where it says “Swipe Key Here” (or log in manually using your PaperCut username and password) and follow the on-screen instructions to release and print your documents!

Remember, in order to install the Print Deploy software or print documents you must be on a CIC network and not be using a VPN. Please note the printers also have “Print as Greyscale” selected by default for all printers.

Run into any snags in the process, or have any questions or concerns? Don’t hesitate to reach out to your building’s Community Support team, they would be happy to do what they can to help!
